Chickpea pita bread with earth butter, avo, chia seeds and sprouts.


INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cup chick pea flour

1/2 cup either more chick pea flour or Orgain unflavoured protein powder

2 cloves garlic

4 tbsp fresh cilantro

4 tbsp red onion

1 tbsp flax seed

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup water ( monitor it a little less or a little more to get a pancake consistency

salt to taste

PUT ALL ingredients in a food processor ( add more water if necessary )

spray pan and cook as a pancake!

I topped mine with earth butter, avo, chia seeds and sprouts! BUT get creative do your thing!
