Speaking your truth is easier said than done. Sometimes life throws you into situations where it feels like there is no way out – that damned if you do, damned if you don’t, Catch-22.

Speak your truth. The truth will always set you free. It may trigger someone, and they may feel hurt by it in the moment. However, honesty is truly the highest vibration. I know that I get scared when I realize that I have to use my soul voice. When you authentically share your truth, you are doing a deep service not only to yourself, but to everyone around you.

Life will send you the exact experience that you need in order to learn a lesson and help you grow. You don’t need to know how it will work out or if it will work out. Stay with your most honest truth, the one that comes from your heart, and it will set you free one way or another.
